Our cider will be made from organically-grown American, English, and French cider apples.
Some of the apple varieties in our orchard include Roxbury Russet, Grimes Golden, Brown's Apple, Yarlington Mill, Foxwhelp, Dabinett, Drap d'Or, Kingston Black, and Michelin.
